Shipping Policy
At Cute Blue Skies, we make all of your items by hand. We are a small, family run company and we take our time to make sure your item is made to be perfect for you! We hope that you are 100% happy with your order.
We post with either Royal Mail or Evri. The shipping costs is calculated due to the weight of the parcel - this is calculated for you at shipping. You can expect your order within 14 days of ordering.

We plan for you to receive your items within 14 days of ordering. However, this is not always the case. If the late delivery has occurred due to a fault on our part, we will of course do everything we can to rectify this. If the late delivery is due to a fault of the courier service then you must take this up with the courier themselves and we will not be able to issue refunds in these circumstances.
Return & Exchange Policy
As all of our items are personalised, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If it is faulty or an error has occurred on our part then we will be happy to discuss an exchange transaction with you. Please make sure you read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering and do make sure you check the spelling, grammar, font choice, colours etc as this cannot be changed once you have placed the order. Please make sure you add all personalisation details correctly to ensure your items are made exactly the way you want them.
