2.7 Without limitation, no element of the content can be used as a trademark service, violation of privacy, copyright infringement or any other unlawful manner.

 

2.8 You agree to not use this site to order products which could be unlawful or harmful in any way.

 

2.9 We reserve to right to refuse orders for any reason at any time. We will terminate orders if the user has been found to be violating these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to use this site in accordance with our terms and conditions. You agree to all elements of this document and warrant that your products do not infringe upon copyright laws.

 

2.10 By placing an order, you agree that you own the rights to any uploaded content and grant us the right to use your uploaded content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

2.11 By placing an order, you agree that you have checked your order carefully including spelling, grammar and colour choices including any customisation requests you have made as we cannot make amendments once your order is placed.

3.1. This site contains images, fonts, photographs, designs, artwork, and other information which are either the property of Cute Blue Skies or we have sought the appropriate licensing agreements from the owners.

 

3.2. It is strictly prohibited to use any of the above-mentioned content except as expressly allowed in these Cute Blue Skies Terms. This includes downloading, sharing or any other usage of our content.

 

3.3 The customer agrees to use the uploader tool or email to send their images upon completion of the order being placed.

 

4. Withdrawal Rights

The statutory right of withdrawal (or cancellation right) that applies to consumers who enter distance selling contracts does not apply to the supply of goods which are clearly personalised. The products ordered from us are customised by the customer and you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal.

 

5.1 Disclaimer of Warranty

This site and our content do not come with any warranty of any kind. We will make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately, but we do not warrant that our images are exactly like the content on the site as they are handmade and may differ slightly from the content on the site.

5.2 All of our items are manufactured by hand and as such, small variations of text/imagery/font and placement within the location of your product may occur. Due to this, we cannot be held responsible for any variations that may occur during the manufacturing process. For example, if one of our site designs shows a particular letter, style, or placement we cannot guarantee that a different letter will not change the positioning style or placement of your personalised order.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cute Blue Skies accepts no liability for incidental or indirect damages of any kind. Damages to the item in transit must be taken up with the courier and not Cute Blue Skies. In no event is Cute Blue Skies liable for any damages due to inappropriate use of this site or our products made.

 

7. Site Feedback

Any feedback, comments or suggestions provided to Cute Blue Skies shall become the exclusive property of Cute Blue Skies. By providing your feedback, you waive any right to the information and agree to Cute Blue Skies ownership of said content. You agree that Cute Blue Skies shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.

8. Miscellaneous

9. Edible Products

We cannot accept return on our sweet products as they are food item. If there is a fault on our part then we will do everything in our power to rectify this. 

 

Whilst every effort is made on our part to ensure your safety, it is your responsibility to inform us of any allergen information or dietary requirements. We will follow the advisements from yourself using the most up to date information on the sweet packaging.
